Effective April 19, 2026. Signal Lock ("we," "us") is a managed lead-response service. When you submit a form on a client website where we operate, we collect contact info (name, email, phone), your form content, and interaction metadata. We use this solely to deliver the transactional response you requested (SMS/email with a calendar link) and route your inquiry to the business you contacted. We do not sell your information.SMS Communications. By checking the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive SMS from Signal Lock or the client. Program name: Signal Lock Lead Response. Frequency: 1-3 messages per inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to receive service. Your phone number is shared only with Twilio (our SMS provider) and the client business you contacted.Retention. Inquiry data: 90 days. Suppression list (STOP replies): indefinite. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.What Signal Lock is. A managed lead-response service for small service businesses. We reply to inbound leads (forms, missed calls, social DMs) within 10 seconds on behalf of our clients.SMS Program Terms (end users). By checking the SMS consent checkbox on a client form, you agree to: receive transactional SMS from Signal Lock or its client in response to your inquiry; message frequency of 1-3 messages per inquiry; standard message and data rates; opt-out via STOP; help via HELP or [email protected]. Consent is not required to receive any service.Business client terms. Setup in 48 hours. Monthly billing. 30-day cancel. Client is responsible for collecting valid SMS consent at the form level and maintaining its own Privacy Policy.Acceptable use. No marketing SMS (spam). No impersonation. No TCPA / CAN-SPAM / state telemarketing violations. Violations = immediate termination.Disclaimers. Service provided "as is." Signal Lock is a delivery layer, not a content publisher.
